Job Summary
We are seeking a high-caliber Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between
complex AI capabilities and strategic business outcomes. This is not a traditional BA role; you will be the architect of change, translating “what’s possible” with AI into “what’s profitable” for the organization.
You will work at the intersection of Data Science, Engineering, and Executive Leadership to lead large-scale business transformation initiatives, ensuring that our AI investments deliver measurable ROI and seamless operational integration.
You won’t just be documenting requirements; you’ll be defining the future of how this company operates. You will have a seat at the table during pivotal digital shifts and the autonomy to experiment with cutting-edge technology to solve business problems.
Requirements
● Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities for AI/ML integration across the enterprise (e.g., LLMs, predictive analytics, process automation).
● Convert business requirements into high-fidelity technical specifications, user stories, and data flow diagrams for engineering and data science teams.
●Evaluate current-state processes and design future-state AI-augmented workflows that improve efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance customer experience.
● Partner with legal and security teams to ensure AI solutions adhere to data privacy standards and ethical AI frameworks.
● Define and track KPIs to measure the success of transformation projects, ensuring models move beyond Proof of Concept into full-scale production.
● Act as a subject matter expert to help non-technical departments understand and adopt AI tools, minimizing friction during the transition.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
● 5+ years as a Technical BA, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML or Digital Transformation projects.
● Deep knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, or similar process improvement frameworks.
● The ability to ”push back” on stakeholders with data-driven logic and a high degree of emotional intelligence.
● Deep understanding of the AI lifecycle (data ingestion, feature engineering, modeltraining, and deployment). Familiarity with Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision.
● Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and how AI services integrate into existing enterprise tech stacks.
● Expert-level experience with Jira/Confluence and leading Scrum ceremonies in a technical environment.
● Ability to write SQL queries to analyze datasets and use visualization tools (QuickSight) to tell a story with data.
● Skills in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and API documentation.
