Job Summary:
The Program Manager will oversee and manage the end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs centered on CRM strategy and the Salesforce platform. This role requires a strong strategic understanding of CRM processes (Sales, Service, Marketing), deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, and expertise in Program Management methodologies. The Program Manager will ensure the successful execution of complex Salesforce initiatives while aligning technology solutions with core business goals and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of large-scale CRM and Salesforce programs (e.g., global implementations, legacy system migrations, or platform consolidations).
- Develop and maintain detailed program roadmaps, timelines, and budgets for the entire Salesforce portfolio.
- Ensure all programs are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Monitor program progress, proactively manage risks, and resolve inter-project issues and dependencies.
- Report regularly to senior management and stakeholders on overall program performance and business value realized.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal business clients (Sales, Service, Marketing departments), ensuring their needs are deeply understood and met by the technology solution.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Salesforce Architects, Development Teams, and Business Process Owners.
- Drive organizational change management to ensure high user adoption of the implemented Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Architects and Engineers to design and implement solutions that meet specific business needs while ensuring system scalability, stability, and platform best practices.
- Ensure all projects meet the highest quality and data integrity standards.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate multiple project teams involved in the program to achieve high performance.
- Allocate resources effectively and manage team workload across the entire program.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Program/Project Management experience, preferably managing large-scale, strategic business technology initiatives.
- Proven experience leading and delivering complex projects on the Salesforce platform.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and the overall Salesforce product landscape.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, SmartSheet, PPM software).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple, interdependent projects with competing deadlines.
Certifications:
- Relevant Program/Project Management certification (e.g., PgMP, PMP) is a strong advantage.
- Salesforce certification (e.g., Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder) is a significant advantage.
