The successful candidate must thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with senior management and staff at all levels. Experience in the professional services industry and in technology-driven, high-growth companies is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the principal legal advisor to the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior management.
  • Lead and manage the in-house legal and compliance team, and oversee external counsel.
  • Develop and implement global legal, compliance, and governance frameworks.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial, technology, and partnership agreements.
  • Advise on M&A, financing, and other strategic corporate initiatives.
  • Support the Board of Directors with governance, reporting, and compliance matters.
  • Provide legal guidance on HR and employment issues, including policies, employee relations, and labor law compliance.
  • Manage dispute resolution, litigation, and regulatory inquiries as needed.
  • Monitor evolving laws and regulations, proactively updating company policies and practices.

Requirements

  • Law degree and current membership in the Israel Bar Association.
  • 7–8 years of relevant experience in both a major law firm and an in-house legal department within an international business, with prior in-house leadership strongly preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English and Hebrew (required).
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a global, fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Proven ability to balance legal risk with business needs, exercising sound judgment in complex and multicultural settings.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, “can-do” approach to problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve conflicts effectively, and scale legal advice with innovative solutions.
