Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales Cloud Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the technical aspects of AWS products and be able to provide expert guidance to our sales team throughout the pre-sales process.

As a Pre-Sales Solution Architect, you will be responsible for providing presale support to our clients, including demonstrations, documentation, proof-of-concept presentations, and other technical materials. You will also work closely with our delivery and sales teams to ensure that client requirements are fully understood and integrated.

As a trusted customer advocate, the Pre-Sales Cloud Solution Architect helps customers work with AWS cloud to adopt advanced cloud-based solutions and migrate existing on-premise workloads to the cloud. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help shape and execute a strategy to build mind share and broad use of AWS technologies.


Summary of Key Responsibilities

  • Collaboration with the sales and account managers to identify and understand customer needs, pain points, and business objectives
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers, demonstrating a deep understanding of AWS services, cloud architectural best practices, and migration strategies
  • Design and develop innovative cloud solutions tailored to meet customers' needs, considering cloud best practices with an emphasis on security principles such as Zero Trust and Least Privilege.
  • Conduct and lead technical presentations to showcase the value and capabilities of AWS cloud solutions
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, technical documentation, and presentations that effectively communicate solution architectures to clients, including a detailed description of the Security Architecture.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including solution architects, devops, and project managers, to ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services, industry trends, and emerging technologies, continually expanding
  • Building strong relationships and providing ongoing technical guidance throughout the sales cycle

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant AWS certifications are highly desirable
  • Proven experience in a pre-sales and solutions architect role, with a strong focus on AWS cloud solutions and services
  • Extensive knowledge of AWS services, familiarity with other cloud providers (Azure, GCP) is a plus
  • Demonstrable experience implementing and designing AWS Cloud Security Solutions
  • Ability to design, develop, and present comprehensive cloud architectures that incorporate defense and security components, and address complex business requirements
  • Strong understanding of cloud migration strategies, hybrid cloud environments, DevSecOps principles, and DevOps principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical and complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • High experience working in a customer-facing role, providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical solutions
  • Proactive and self-motivated, multi-tasking, with the ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in Hebrew and English is essential.
  • AWS Certification, eg, AWS Solutions Architect Associate or AWS Certified Security (advantage)
