Job Summary
As a Marketing Cloud Consultant at AllCloud, you will oversee end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects, ensuring successful delivery while managing client expectations. This role combines project management expertise, a deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, and hands-on technical capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications, expectations, and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams (consultants, developers, architects) to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while monitoring progress and mitigating risks.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and create detailed documentation.
- Oversee the execution of marketing strategies using Marketing Cloud tools.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and marketing best practices.
- Provide training and post-implementation support to clients.
- Deliver services tailored to client needs and organizational goals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as Salesforce Marketing Automation Specialist
- Deep knowledge of Marketing Cloud features and capabilities, including Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Mobile Studio
- Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem, including Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, and Marketing Cloud Personalization.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end marketing automation projects
- Experience in developing project plans, budgets, and resource allocation
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
