We’re leaving AWS re:Invent 2025 feeling energized and incredibly proud of our team, our customers, and our deepening partnership with AWS.

AWS CEO Matt Garman’s keynote reinforced the foundational philosophy that developers are “the heart of AWS” and the core mission is the “freedom to invent.” He called out the next inflection point: the shift from AI assistants to powerful AI agents that can perform complex, multi-step tasks.

The ability to innovate securely is no longer a luxury; it is the prerequisite for success.

🧠 AWS Bedrock and the Nova Family
The expansion of Amazon’s models and services gives builders unprecedented power:
- Amazon Nova Family: The new models, including Nova 2 Lite and Nova Forge (the new open training program), give customers the flexibility to select or even custom-build models that are perfectly suited for their domain.
- Amazon Bedrock AgentCore: This is the key to the “Secure” part of our mission. New features for Quality Evaluations and Policy Controls enable customers to deploy trusted agents with guardrails, restricting their interactions to authorized data and services.
- Data Foundation: The general availability of Amazon S3 Vectors and the acceleration of AI development with Amazon SageMaker AI and serverless MLflow ensure you have the high-performance data infrastructure and agility required for AI at scale.

- Crushing Tech Debt with AI: AWS Transform custom introduces an AI-powered service that drastically accelerates the modernization of enterprise applications. By learning your organization’s patterns and automating transformations across repositories, it enables you to cut execution time by up to 80%, directly feeding into agility, cost-efficiency, and setting a faster pace for AI adoption.
- Proactive Security by Design: The New AWS Security Agent (preview) is a true AI-native security innovation. This frontier agent proactively secures applications from design to deployment by performing automated security reviews, code analysis, and contextual penetration testing on demand—turning reactive defense into proactive governance.
