Joining in October, Chris comes to AllCloud with over 15 years experience in the CRM space, working with a wide range of platforms and passion for learning new technologies. As an expert in business analysis, Chris has helped countless clients map out detailed functional specifications and business requirements that lead to best practices for data protection and contact management strategies which enable them to maximize their customer relationships. His strengths include Marketing Automation Platforms (MAP) and consulting on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (both Email Studio & Pardot). Chris is a featured Salesforce Trailblazer Marketing Champion and will be speaking at the upcoming ParDreamin’ Conference.
What we are seeing in today’s marketplace is that organizations across industries are looking to understand and interact with their customers in entirely new ways, often considering how to move to direct to consumer strategies. They are trying to better understand their buyers, market to them in new and different ways that help them stand out and provide a true end-to end positive customer experience. Companies that never acted in a B2C capacity now need to understand customer buying trends and customer interactions. We believe that Marketing Cloud, through mobile, social and direct to consumer, is one of the core components to helping organizations achieve this and can help our customers evolve with today’s competitive landscape. This is exactly why we brought Chris on. His joining AllCloud represents the investment that we are making to grow our dedicated Marketing Cloud practice with high quality talent.
