The Israel Post, which is in the process of being sold to a private investor in the coming months, has focused in the past year on digital transformation and automation, to upgrade the service and establish an infrastructure for assimilating future technologies. The company chose Salesforce solutions for their extensive service and sales processes, which will be implemented by AllCloud, an official Salesforce partner. The project aims to connect the digital service interfaces, the call center and the post offices, to create a comprehensive and efficient platform.
As part of the strategic project, the Post Office will implement a number of advanced digital solutions, including Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud to improve the quality of data and to ensure a 360 view. This will help the company upgrade their service and marketing systems in order to provide improved and personalized service to the end customer, at every point of contact with the customer in the digital and physical realm. The implementation of the solutions has already begun and will continue for approximately six months.
Salesforce’s solutions, integrating advanced AI capabilities, will enable the postal service to enhance service and support processes. Moreover, they will leverage real-time data through Data Cloud to derive valuable business insights.
Data Cloud will empower the Israel Post to seamlessly gather and optimize all customer data across the organization’s applications and systems in real time. This enables the extraction of valuable business insights and the creation of comprehensive customer journeys. By facilitating seamless transitions between communication channels, the post office will enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and boost productivity.
