Job Summary

AllCloud is looking for a highly capable Salesforce Administrator for our Applications team to support customers' Salesforce CRM system.

To ensure success as a Salesforce Administrator, you should possess a knowledge of Salesforce system administration and the ability to work in a fast-paced multicultural environment. Salesforce Administrators ensure that their Salesforce expertise translates into optimized operations across multiple departments.

This is a full time position, located in both customer sites and at Park Afek, Rosh-Ha’ayin (HQ)


Summary of Key Responsibilities

  • Upgrading and configuring data on the Salesforce systems for optimized integration
  • Managing Salesforce users, groups, roles, permissions, profiles, and sharing rules
  • Experience with complex data loading and data preparations
  • Understanding of billing and sales operations processes
  • Implementation, support and allocate tasks and activities for projects including timelines
  • Work with internal and external interfaces
  • Implementing solutions based on business requirements
  • Perform Quality Assurance of customer projects

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience as SF Administrator
  • Extensive experience in the administration, maintenance and operation of Salesforce systems
  • Experienced with backlog management and prioritization
  • Problem solving and multitasking skills
  • Creative and flexible attitude
  • Fluent in English: verbal and writing 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills


Advantages

  • Experience with Start Ups and\or global organizations
  • Graduate of Industrial Engineering 
  • Salesforce Admin certification
  • Knowledge of CRM applications
