About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Product Manager to join our Office of the CTO at AllCloud, a leading boutique global consulting firm. In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in managing our Solutions Factory, a hub for developing and commercializing intellectual property (IP) and accelerators, and driving the evolution of our professional services portfolio.


Responsibilities:

Solutions Factory:

  • Facilitate the OCTO commercialization process - Lead the ideation, development, and commercialization of IP and accelerators within the Solutions Factory, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sofa, Delivery, marketing, sales).
  • Conduct market research and analyze client needs to identify opportunities for new IP and enhancements to existing offerings.
  • Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage development lifecycles for Solutions Factory initiatives.
  • Track metrics, measure product impact, and adapt strategies based on market feedback and performance data.

Portfolio Management:

  • Manage the content and evolution of our Professional Services portfolio, with the direction of the OCTO domain leads, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and market trends.
  • Define and communicate product propositions, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies for portfolio offerings.
  • Collaborate with domain leads owners and delivery teams to ensure solutions seamlessly integrate within the portfolio architecture.
  • Analyze portfolio performance, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend adjustments to enhance client value and revenue generation.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform product roadmap decisions.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to create compelling messaging and enable effective client presentations.
  • Foster a culture of innovation within the Solutions Factory and across the organization.

Requirements

Digital Transformation & Modernization Expertise:

  • Demonstrated understanding of business use cases related to digital transformation and modernization initiatives, particularly within professional services organizations.
  • Ability to translate client challenges and opportunities into concrete product requirements for the Solutions Factory and portfolio offerings.
  • Familiarity with leading digital transformation frameworks and methodologies.

Customer360 Proficiency:

  • Proven understanding of Salesforce Customer360 platform and its potential to elevate client experiences and drive business value.
  • Ability to identify opportunities to leverage Customer360 capabilities within the Solutions Factory and portfolio solutions.
  • Experience in collaborating with Salesforce teams and partners to integrate their offerings into your firm's solutions.

AI & Generative AI Fluency:

  • Essential: Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its potential applications within professional services solutions.
  • Preferred: Understanding of Generative AI and its emerging capabilities to automate tasks, personalize experiences, and generate creative content.
  • Ability to assess the feasibility and potential impact of incorporating AI and Generative AI features into Solutions Factory initiatives and portfolio offerings.

Cloud Technology Focus:

  • Preferred: Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and security services, including understanding of compute, storage, networking, an security best practices.
  • Alternative: Proven expertise with Salesforce cloud platform architecture and development methodologies.
  • Ability to leverage cloud technologies to build scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions for our Solutions Factory and portfolio.
