HR Business Partner


About The Position

As an HRBP at AllCloud, you will be part of a global team AllCloud’s Employee's Success in every country, reporting to the VP of HR and providing HR management and support to the entire team. As an HRBP you’ll take a key role in driving unique organizational culture, continuously assessing the organizational needs, devising solutions and coaching managers. 


Summary of Key Responsibilities

  • Member of the HR team, building a strong business partnership with your teams by providing consultancy to the management and to the team individuals on organization and cultural related issues
  • Responsibility for the full employee life cycle, onboarding to offboarding
  • Partner with the HR Functions and Regional HR Partners as to workforce planning, recruiting, employee engagement, training, and development needs and ensure cultural alignment
  • Design and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on scale and growth, including org design, performance management, talent management, recognition, change management and team building to support the team’s growth and individual development plans
  • Implement key strategic HR Processes, policies, procedures and systems


  • Immediate availability - Big advantage 
  • At least 3 years of experience as HR Business Partner or HR Manager from a high-tech/startup company- a must
  • Proven experience in working with senior technical leadership end to end
  • Good judgment and Ability to make independent decisions aided by process, documents and management inputs where required
  • Can scale from strategic to hands-on, having worked in both small/medium and big company environments is a plus
  • Knowledge of Israeli Labor Law and related legal regulations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
  • Experience in a global environment/ scaling teams - an advantage
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field - an advantage

John Hanchak joined AllCloud in 2021 and is responsible for the talent strategy across the company.  As Chief People Officer, John leads the global Employee Success (ES) team and is responsible for leading all ES functions worldwide, including talent acquisition and management, compensation, ES operations, and employee experience and engagement.

He has over 20 years of experience with high-growth technology companies, leading talent acquisition within both large global brands and start-up organizations. In previous positions, John worked as the leader in Talent Acquisition at Egnyte, Hitachi Vantara, Jive Software, Achievers, and inCode Wireless. He has spent his career focused on talent strategies to ensure maximum business growth and the best employment experience.
