Delivery Project Manager (m/f/d)

DACH (Germany/Austria/Switzerland) · Full-time · Intermediate

About The Position

AllCloud, the world’s leading cloud solutions provider specializing in cloud stack, infrastructure, platform, and Software-as-a-Service is looking for a Delivery Manager to join our Engage Program to lead and implement projects and business processes for our customers located in the EMEA region.

The Delivery Manager will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and delivering both customer-facing and infrastructure projects, according to a planned schedule, scope, and quality, as well as identifying and resolving issues, and conflicts, and managing the day-to-day coordination of all teams.



  • Build and lead project plans; supervise and review project progress and timelines; adjust schedules and plans as needed; ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of projects and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success.
  • Coordinate and facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily standup, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospective.
  • Driving projects and sprints towards delivery by taking a proactive approach.
  • Serve as the primary point with our customers, stakeholders, and integration teams to ensure delivery is smooth and customer-centric.



  • 2-4 years of proven experience in delivering technological assets as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager or CSM.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and/or Monday
  • Solid knowledge and hands on experience in Agile project management methodology.
  • Strong communication and great interpersonal skills with the ability to work remotely.
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight timelines while maintaining cooperative attitude through pressured situations.
  • Highly organized personal with great attention to details including methodological thinking.
  • Proficiency with English And German languages - a must


  • Sufficient background in IT (i.e. cloud computing, networking, security)
  • Previews leadership experience or people management.
  • Working experience in customer-facing roles.
  • SCRUM or project management certification.
