CRM Business Analyst

About The Position

We are looking for a highly effective Business Analyst and Project Manager for our Business Applications team. The Business Analyst and Project Manager is an internally facing role that will maintain a portfolio of internal projects, capture, and document internal customer requirements, and be the bridge to our technical team. They will ensure that the solution is developed, tested, and delivered on time with appropriate documentation and training materials to ensure a successful implementation.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

  • Understanding business processes and internal business applications in order to document relevant detailed business requirements for new development or enhancements
  • Communicate business needs to technical resources and technical needs to the business in a way that each understands
  • Maintaining change management backlog for multiple business applications
  • Developing, reviewing, testing, and updating process documentation 
  • Obtaining requirements and managing projects related to multiple business applications including Salesforce, Conga, FinancialForce, Pardot, DocuSign, NetSuite, Tableau, Snowflake, Workato, SAP Concur
  • Development of a project plan using project management software and maintaining best practices for agile project management
  • Documenting completion of key tasks and milestones, detailed notes associated with calls, and other internal customer interactions
  • Managing stakeholder registries, developing RACI, and developing and executing communication plans to stakeholders at multiple levels


  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience 
  • Demonstrated experience translating business needs into processes and systems, and define business requirements into a technical plan
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • NetSuite and/or ERP experience an advantage
  • Team player with the ability to self-manage and execute projects from scratch
  • Demonstrated ability to handle day-to-day work challenges confidently; willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid change. Must be resilient in the face of constraints, frustrations, or adversity
  • The ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders - executives, managers, users, and subject matter experts
  • Ability to work with project team to resolve complex issues
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; works well under pressure
  • Strong analytical skills are required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret client business needs and translate them into the application and operational requirements
  • Ability to provide training
  • Ability to think outside the box to complete tasks and objectives
  • Experience with application life cycle best practices and agile methodologies
